BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Keith Randal Duncan, Interim Chairman, CEO and MI Founder
Keith is a 30 year veteran of film and video production. He is a current member and a former two term board member of the Dallas Producers Association, a founding member of the Texas Motion Picture Alliance and a member of the American Film Institute. He is also currently an instructor at MediaTech Institute, a digital film and video career school located Dallas/Fort Worth. Some of his credits can be found on the Internet Movie Database (www.imdb.com).
Keith earned his Nonprofit Management Certificate from the Center For Nonprofit management and Brookhaven College. He works closely with the MI Production Dept. program as a producer, director and writer and is currently also developing one of MI’s first content properties “Battle Run” as Creator and Producer/Director.

George Elam, Treasurer
George Elam has been a Texas CPA for over twenty years concentrating in the areas of accounting, tax, and business strategy. George has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Public Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Martha Duncan, Board Secretary & Co-Founder
Martha has over twenty successful years in media buying working with firms such as Temberlin-McClain, Bedford Advertising, Broadcast News Corp. and Euro Retail. She has a BBA from the University of North Texas and has had experience with projects such as Kamp Hollywood since its inception. Her resume also includes production project management for nationally broadcast programs starring Terry Bradshaw and Peggy Fleming. Her next film project as a Producer is the film “Battle Run”, currently completing development by MI itself.

Brad Sharp - Chair Elect
Skilled video production and photography professional with a proven track record of success and talent for building strong relationships that generate new opportunities. 25+ years of experience in business development, project/program management, information technology management, and digital design. Certifications for +Acumen and as a Texas Arts Advocate. Brad is very active in the Frisco community with being a board member of Frisco Downtown Advisory Board, the Frisco Citizen Bond Committee, the Chair of the Frisco Public Art Board and Member of the Organizing Committee for 1 Million Cups Frisco

Natasha Cooks
Vice President, Cloud and Predictive Analytics, Citibank. Natasha is a professional with over 10 years’ of experience in the information technology arena within the financial and consulting industries. She also possesses a certificate from MediaTech Institute in Digital Film Production.
In addition, Natasha is the parent of an MI participant, Adrian Cooks, who gives MI credit for helping him develop skills that have served him through college and beyond.

Kim Francis
President at 1911 Media Marketing, with extensive sales, marketing, promotions, business development, corporate partnerships and special events experience within the television, film, music, sports, CPG and non-profit industries. Also a VP with the USA Film Festival, Kim has had grounded experience in the television and film industry.

Ken Foote
Ken is a native of Dallas who is a graduate of St. Marks School of Texas, SMU and UT-Austin and began his TV career in 1978. Over the years Ken was a Director of Programming for five TV stations in the DFW from 1984-2020 including ViacomCBS, FOX Television Stations, Gaylord/Opryland, and CBN.
Ken is also a member of the Country Music Association and retired from ViacomCBS on June 12th 2020.
